Days 1-2: Fly to Sydney
Day 3:
Arrive in Sydney and
check-in at the superior. The rest of the day is at
your leisure.
Day 4:
Today, embark on a
grand tour of Sydney. You start by crossing
the Harbour Bridge to witness spectacular
views of the harbour. Then visit Manly
Beach before enjoying a superb luncheon
cruise around Sydney Harbour aboard one
of Matilda Cruises' Catamarans. In the
afternoon, see The Rocks - Sydney's birthplace,
the Opera House, Darling Harbour,
Chinatown and cosmopolitan Kings Cross.
Then it's on to downtown Sydney and
where you'll visit Bondi Beach - Australia's
most famous surf beach. *B*L
Day 5:
Today, travel to the
Blue Mountains. Ride the Scenic Railway
and Sceniscender Cable Car and see the
Three Sisters rock formation. Next, visit an
Australian Wildlife Park where you'll meet
unique animals and perhaps have your
picture taken with a cuddly Koala. *B*L
Day 6:
Enjoy a full day at
leisure to explore this cosmopolitan city. *B
Day 7:
This
morning, fly to Melbourne where you will
stay at the on
Swanston. The rest of the afternoon is at
leisure. *B
Day 8:
This afternoon
drive through the Victorian countryside to
Phillip Island, home of the delightful Little
Penguin. At dusk, these comical little sea
creatures begin to waddle ashore, performing
their daily “parade” before amused
observers. *B
Day 9:
Your morning city tour starts in the city
center and Chinatown before moving on to
Fitzroy Gardens for an optional visit to
Captain Cook's Cottage. Continue past the
Melbourne Cricket Ground and National
Tennis Centre, then over the Westgate
Bridge for panoramic views of the city. Visit
the Botanical Gardens and return to the
city stopping at the Shrine of
Remembrance along the way. In the afternoon,
fly to Adelaide where you will stay at

Day 10:
Today's excursion
starts with a short flight to Kangaroo
Island. From there, drive to Flinders Chase
National Park to view natural wildlife,
including kangaroos and koalas. Continue
to the southern tip of the island to view
Remarkable Rocks and the fur seal colony
at Admirals Arch. After a barbeque lunch,
visit Seal Cove to walk amongst the sea
lions before your return flight to Adelaide.

Day 11:
Enjoy a wine tour
through the wine growing regions of the
Barossa Valley with its old-world influence
and excellent wines. Lunch is served at a
local winery. *B*L
Day 12:
Today fly to Alice Springs where you willstay at the . *B
Day 13:
Travel through the West
MacDonnell and James Ranges. Visit a
camel farm for an optional morning tea
and later stop to view majestic Mt. Conner,
before arriving at Ayers Rock. This afternoon
tour Kata Tjuta where there is time to
walk to the Valley of the Winds lookout.
(Note: The walking path is rocky and
requires a good level of fitness). Tonight,

Day 14:
We start early
this morning with a drive through sandhill
country to Kings Canyon. Make the rocky
climb to the rim of the Canyon to be
rewarded with marvelous views of Watarrka
National Park.(Note: The climb may take
up to 3 hours and is for those with a good
level of fitness). Alternatively, you may wish
for an easier walk exploring the boulder
strewn canyon floor.
Day 15:
*(Optional: This
morning view the Uluru Sunrise, Climb
and Base Tour or for the non-climbers, the
Uluru Sunrise and Guided Cultural Base
Walk. Both tours include a visit to
Mutitjulu Water hole and the Uluru - Kata
Tjuta Cultural Center.)* In the afternoon,
fly to Cairns where you will stay at the

Day 16:
Today, drive to the Marina
Mirage Port Douglas. Board a vessel to the
Outer Barrier Reef and travel in a sub-sea
viewer and explore under the sea in the
underwater observatory. *B*L
Day 17:
The day commences with a journey
on the breathtaking Kuranda Scenic
Railway. After arriving at tropical Kuranda
Station there is free time to explore the village
including the famous Kuranda markets.
From here it's on to Rainforestation
Nature Park, boasting 40 hectares of gardens
and rain forest set amidst a World
Heritage rain forest. Visit the Koala and
Wildlife Park, where you can come face to
face with crocodiles, hand feed barram
undi, kangaroos and wallabies. The
Dreamtime Walk provides a comprehensive
introduction to Aboriginal and Island culture
and history with practical experiences
including boomerang lessons. *B*L
Day 18:
Today is free to explore
on your own in this wonderful city. *B
