Day 1:
Arrive in Yangon where
you will stay at for two nights.
Day 2:
Spend the morning at
your leisure. In the afternoon, tour
Yangon’s colonial-style city center. Visit the
2,000-year-old Sule Pagoda and Mailamu
Pagoda. Complete your first day in
Myanmar with a visit to spectacular 2,500-
year-old Shwedagon Pagoda to witness the
beautiful sunset before returning to your

Day 3:
This
morning, fly to Bagan where you will stay
at the .
Begin your day of sightseeing in Bagan
with the magnificent plains dotted with
thousands of 800-year-old temple ruins.
End the day with a visit to the Bagan
Museum, which houses the “Rosetta
Stone”, dating from 1113. *B*L
Day 4:
In the
morning, fly to Mandalay where you will
stay at the Sedona Hotel. In the afternoon,
take a boat trip down the Ayeyarwaddy
River to Mingun. Upon returning to
Mandalay, have lunch at Ko’s Kitchen Thai
Restaurant. Then visit the Mahamuni Paya
and the Mandalay Palace. *B*L
Day 5:
This morning drive to Inwa (Ava), Sagaing and Amarapura. Inwa was
the capital of Upper Burma after the fall of
Bagan. In Inwa, visit Nanmyin, Maha
Aungmye Bonzan, Bagaya Kyaung and Ava
Bridge. Sagaing is widely regarded as the
religious center of Myanmar and features
over 600 pagodas and monasteries. The
highlights in Sagaing are Thabyedan Fort,
Kaunghmudaw Paya, Tupayon Paya,
Aungmyelawka Paya, Datpaungzu Paya
and Hsinmyashin Paya. Your final stop is
in Amarapura, which means City of
Immortality. *B*L
Day 6:
This morning, fly to Heho. From
there, drive to Inle Lake. Relax and marvel
at the beautiful scenery from a private boat
cruise on Inle Lake, which is rimmed with
high hills on all sides. Stilted villages,
inhabited by the Intha People, line the
shore. Visit a local market and Intha village
before checking-in to the . *B*L
Day 7:
Continue your boat
cruise on Inle Lake and visit Ywama and
Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda. Tonight, enjoy a

Day 8:
This morning, head to Heho
